EMEC was founded in 2003 in Orkney, Scotland and is the only accredited wave and tidal test centre for marine renewable energy globally. More marine energy devices have been tested at EMEC than at any other single site in the world.

Raising ambition: A tale of two regions

ScottishPower, together with Strathclyde University and the University of Glasgow, are hosting Connect with Climate Change Events, a virtual exchange series which will take place throughout 2021 in the run up to COP26.
