News this week

Like most folk in the UK, EMEC have been busy getting down to business following the Christmas break.  We wish all who read our website the very best wishes for 2009 and our developers a very successful year of testing in our test sites.  Despite cold weather in most areas of the country this week, Orkney has been experiencing relatively mild weather particularly today with temperatures of 8 degrees.  The photo shows the blue skies and splendid waves at Billia Croo, which precede the force 8 gales forecast for tonight!  We’ll batten down the hatches and report back next week.
