News this week

Visitors this week included nPower and a HIE organised contingent from the REN project from Finland and Sweden – see photo. The latter are participants, along with HIE, in a Northern Periphery Programme project entitled “Rural Expertise in the North” (REN), the aim of which is to share knowledge on technology development projects, with particular emphasis on remote/rural locations.

OPD are continuing with their deployment trials of the ‘PELAMIS’.
