Consultation: EMEC Fall of Warness Section 36 extension
EMEC is requesting an extension to its Section 36 consent to operate at the Fall of Warness tidal test site. The current Section 36, granted in March 2016, expires in March 2023. EMEC has requested a variation to extend the consent to March 2026. The application documents are available to download below.

Public consultation formally opens 31 October 2022. Representation should be made to Marine Scotland in writing identifying the proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support:
