Doppler deployment at wave site
A doppler, or ‘current profiler’, has been deployed at the wave test site. This device is placed on the seabed by divers and makes detailed current measurments over a period of 28 days. The device is then retrieved and data downloaded before redeployment. This data can be obtained by developers, by accessing EMEC s secure document area held on the website
