Blog: EMEC sponsor Stromness Swimming Club Championships
Congratulations to all the winners and runners up at the Stromness Amateur Swimming Club’s 52nd Annual Club Championships.
The event, sponsored by EMEC, took place over the weekend (24th/25th November 2012). The winning team at the end of the gala were the Dolphins with 437.5 points, with runners up – The Sharks – earning a respectable 398.5 points.
A number of the EMEC team’s children were involved in the event, with Administrator Donna Ritch even donning her swimsuit to compete in the Hasbeens vs Wannabees relay – a close contest with the Hasbeens just losing out to the Wannabees.
